1. Briefing & site analysis

After an initial consultation, we gain valuable insight into the individual requirements for your space. Existing site conditions will be analysed in-depth and we provide a room by room breakdown on the function required for each space. During this stage, we will work with your chosen architect &/or builder to collaboratively devise a plan that will inform our aesthetic & function moving forward.

2. Concept design

During this stage we formulate some considered options for the overall floorplan flow & furniture layouts within the spaces. We also begin to curate a finishes palette, drawing on inspiration from a series of mood & style boards. We source luxurious & tactile finishes that ultimately inform the look and feel of the spaces. 

3. Design Development

Depending on your particular requirements, we provide draft plans, sketches & schematic 2D drawings to further communicate the design direction as well as applying our selected finishes to joinery & fixed architectural elements. This stage is about fine-tuning the design before we commence detailed documentation.

4. Design Documentation & Project Management

We prepare detailed drawings (plans, elevations, sections & detail drawings) together with other schedules to communicate design details and enable accurate tendering. We prepare specifications in accordance with the drawings and the clients requirements describing the quality of materials, finishes and quality of work necessary to meet building regulations. We collaborate with the builder and architect to ensure the best outcome for your project and encourage a dialogue between all trades involved so the process runs as smoothly as possible. 

5. Furniture Procurement & Styling 

For the final stage in our design process, we source the furniture & accessories needed to create an entirely complete & beautifully styled home, one that is a true reflection of you and how you want to live.
